Personal Accomplishments

My Brief Weight Loss Story:
I have been over weight for the last 16yrs. About 4yrs ago, after going through a difficult time in my life I was going to lose weight for me and for my children! I was newly single at the time and honestly I was lonely! I wanted to start dating but no one wants to be with a fat guy! I mean we all can say that we look past certain physical attributes but the first thing people see is not personality! Furthermore, I didn’t feel good about myself and I have learned that if you don’t love yourself it’s very hard to love others! So I started trying different diets! I tried them all…… Atkins, 48hr Hollywood diet, Low calorie diets and tons of cardio but still nothing worked! I have always worked out but never got any results. I told myself I would never go under the knife! I found myself at a dead end! I needed to take Extreme measures to get extreme results. My heaviest weight was 393lbs and am at a current weight of 211lbs. I have been able to maintain 9% body fat. I have educated myself with important key facts about fitness, muscle building fat loss. I hope to share my knowledge of what I learned through my weight loss journey and help people become Healthy, Fit & Inspired to Start Living!
