About Me

I got my start in Consumer Electronics over 13 yrs ago when I worked part time in the ACE Dept. at Circuit City. I'll bet that takes some of you WAY back LoL!  I took this job as a secondary income and had no idea that being in Consumer Electronics and helping customers would be something that would become a passion of mine. I later tried my hand a several jobs outside of CE Retail but found myself always reading up on the latest and greatest electronics and spending time at Best Buy and Circuit City checking them out. I soon got tired of the current job I was in and felt it was time to get back to having fun at work. I took a job at a Mega CE Retailer called Fry's Electronics. Now at Fry's you must start as a cashier no matter what type of experience you have. It's a culture thing and a great way for them to teach everyone how they operate. Soon after I went to the sales floor where I soon became the top sales person in the company. I began training other sales people and mentoring them. This unlocked another passion I didn't realize I possessed, I learned that I loved to help people learn and understand new technologies and new technology products. As I grew with in Fry's so did my passion for mentoring, training and developing sales people. I quickly moved in to management and found that being a leader and leading by example was another form of mentoring. I strived to be the best everyday and soon became the DM of an entire district. I was the District Manager for 13 stores and was the leader of a perfect team. Not only did I train and develop my associates, managers and buyers but I learned from them as well. This further appealed to my mentoring and training side of the retail business and helped me understand how people learn. After taking several challenging DM positions with in Fry's I decided to follow my passion for training and development and went to work for the BEST training company in Consumer Electronics Monster Cable. During my time at Monster I had the pleasure of learning and being mentored by the Head Monster himself. Making the move to Monster was the best thing I could have done. While I was at Monster I learned from the best in the business. The training dept. at Monster was a great place for me to grow. I trained hundreds of times across the US & Canada meeting and training thousands of sales people and managers and helping several retailers grow their business. I've now left Monster and started my own website and business to help people reach their goals in health and fitness. I love speaking to people and inspire them to take control of their lives and start living the way they dream about.  Im currently looking for new opportunities and challenges in Fashion and CE retail training & development.
